David began his plumbing career in 1978. He began part time work for Sopchak Plumbing Contractors that year. He worked as a plumbers helper in the residential new construction field and was employed for Sopchak for three years. Following his father, he began employment for Cooley Plumbing Contractors Inc. in 1981. Again working in the residential new construction field, yet multi family and remodel work as well. His father, Larry Theiss opened and founded Saye Plumbing Contractors Inc. in 1982. David began working for Saye Plumbing in 1982 also. He obtained his Journeyman Plumbing license in 1983. He continued to work as a lead plumber for several years. He went on to obtain his Master Plumbing License in 1989. He was also promoted to the Lead Plumbing Superintendent for Saye Plumbing that year. Along side his dad, he became Administrative Operations Manager in the mid 90 s, managing employees, handling bid proposals, purchasing and maintaining all aspects of operations. David s dad lost his battle with kidney cancer in early 2009, leaving David as President of the company. He takes much pride in what Saye Plumbing Contractors Inc. stands for today. He believes in always delivering the highest outstanding performance possible in all aspects of our business. He will always strive to exceed our best.

Gordon Gilley began his plumbing endeavor in 1977. He began working for JWB Plumbing Contractors that year and was employed with them for many years. He was primarily working in the new residential contruction field during this period of time. He later went on the work for Sullivan Plumbing Contractors and Texas Plumbing Contractors, again working the new residential construction field. Once completing the required field hours, he obtained his plumbing licence in 1982. Soon after began employement with Lowrance Plumbing Contractors Inc. Gordon had the opportunity to gain experience in light commercial work as well as remodel projects during his employement with Lowrance Plumbing. In 1983 he was offered a position with Saye Plumbing Contractors Inc. He worked in the field for many years before being promoted as superintendent in 1997. In 2003 he also obtained his Water Supply Protection Specialist Certification. He brings a vast amount of skill and knowledge to our team. His hard work and pride in our company is evident his daily workmanship.

Donald began his plumbing career in the early 90s. At the encouragement of his brother in law already in the plumbing business, he began his journey working for Saye Plumbing in 1994. He began working as a helper for several years, quickly moving up in position to a lead plumber. He received his Journeyman Plumbing Licience in 1999. He continued to work and learn diligently in his position as a lead plumber. He was promoted to a lead superintendent position in 2002. Donalds knowledge in the plumbing trade is now quite extensive with over 15 years experience. He is very aggressive and eager in his work. It would not be uncommon to still find him working on the jobsite along side his employees. He is truly hands on, which portrays pride in his work as well as pride in our company.

Frank Weido has been in the plumbing industry over 45 years. He began his career in the early 60 s, first employed by Sustaire Plumbing Contractors. He was working in both residential and commercial construction. He later moved on to employment with Sopchak Plumbing Contractors. In 1966 he received his Journeyman Plumbing License. Some years later, with his extensive knowledge of the plumbing industry, Frank was offered a position as a Manufacturers Reprensentative for Hugh Cunningham Manufacturers, which he held for several years. In 1980 Frank became a Master Plumber. In 1993 he formed a partnership company, City Wide Plumbing Contractors. This company remained in business for 7 years. Immediately following the disolve of the parntership, Frank formed his own plumbing company, Weido Plumbing Contractors. In 2002, Saye Plumbing Contractors offered Frank a position as a lead superientendent. Our company felt that Frank would bring vast knowledge and experience to our company. He brings knowledge and experience from many aspects of the industry, ranging from, residential to commercial. As well as owning and operating his own company. Frank says that his dad encouraged him to learn a trade and make a career in it, which lead him to the plumbing industry. His hard work and diligence is evident in his attitude and workmanship.
